NeighborHealth (formerly East Boston Neighborhood Health Center)
Social Media Strategy | Social Media Management
In our ongoing partnership with NeighborHealth, one of the nation’s largest Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and the largest community-based primary care health system in Massachusetts, MORE supports the organization’s organic and paid social media marketing efforts. Our team collaborates extensively with the NeighborHealth marketing team on their monthly social media calendar, providing content ideas, drafting copy, and designing images for their platforms. Most recently, MORE supported the promotion of the rebranding of the health center and their annual Art of Health Care fundraising event. In addition to a monthly calendar, MORE works to “boost” or promote content specific to events or programs hosted by NeighborHealth. To measure the success of our social media support, we provide monthly metrics reports that highlight interest in and engagement of their organic and paid social posts.

Community Care Cooperative (C3)
Branding | Websites | Graphic Design | Campaign Development
Since 2017, we’ve worked with the Community Care Cooperative (C3), the only Accountable Care Organization (ACO) that is health-center owned and controlled, to evolve their brand, communications, and digital presence.
Brand Development & Messaging: MORE created a new brand identity, including a logo, tagline (“Great Health is Our Primary Purpose”), and a comprehensive messaging matrix for both internal and external audiences. We launched a paid media campaign to unveil the new brand and led internal communications roll-out with members and staff. As C3’s business model evolved, MORE led a brand refresh in 2022 to reflect the organization’s growing imperative to expand beyond Massachusetts and create two new affiliate enterprises. Through extensive stakeholder collaboration and validation of key brand charter elements, MORE updated C3’s corporate identity and brand architecture to capture current product offerings while supporting future growth.
Website Redesign & Digital Presence: In 2023, MORE was charged with redesigning the C3 website and building new websites for the Community Pharmacy Cooperative (CPC) and the Community Technology Cooperative (CTC), two co-branded lines of business developed as part of C3’s expansion. MORE delivered a unified brand presence that reflects C3’s promise of better health outcomes across its communities and partners, while strengthening brand hierarchy and visual identity. Our team handled design, UX, and content development/strategy, ensuring all three sites were optimized for accessibility.
