Many health care providers are not yet aware of the BHHL or how it can support their work. This creates an opportunity to increase awareness and highlight its value—reducing coordination burden for providers while improving timely, accessible mental health and substance use care for patients.
Building on years of consumer-focused efforts, MORE shifted to a targeted provider awareness campaign, ensuring health care providers have the knowledge they need to confidently refer patients to the BHHL. In the first two months, the campaign generated 5M impressions, 12,000 ad clicks, and 1.2M video views views, with the majority of website traffic driven by social channels.
